Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos showing the damage. Once approved, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Order cancellations are accepted only if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are non-refundable.
